Unwind with the spacious area this apartment has to offer. It is located on a working horse farm above the shop, in the renowned Bluegrass region of Ky. At Houstondale you can stroll to the barn and visit the horses or hide away in your space and relax. The KY Horse Park is a 22 minute drive, Lexington is 25 minutes and you are 30 minutes from horse racing at Keeneland Race Track. Even with the remote feel you are only 1 mile from Walmart, shops, and downtown Paris. The Carriage House is a 1450 sq. ft apartment flooded with natural light through the picture window in the living space. It is accessible by stairs, with one bedroom and one bath. However, there is room for additional roll aways in the spacious layout. You will have a private entrance with a parking space in the common area. The pool is close and a great place to relax during the summer months. You are more than welcome to stroll up towards the barn or pet the horses over the fence. You are more than welcome to walk the property. We just ask you not enter any places where there are livestock. The pool is open 8:00am - 3:45pm and closed all day on Sundays for our farm family. Thank you for understanding. I live in the west wing of the main house on the property. It is a working horse farm with a cut flower garden, so I am around and will probably have the two Great Danes following along behind. This is an upstairs apartment above our shop, located in the courtyard area of the farm. The road in front of the farm is a quiet county road that dead ends just beyond the farm. Houstondale Farm is a historic landmark and working horse farm with a rich history.
